The Background

Greystone set out to refresh two distinct websites, greystone.net and hcic.net, with a shared vision: to create a seamless, modern experience that elevates both brands and connects with their respective audiences. Building on a long‑standing partnership between Greystone and Enqbator, the redesign aimed to deliver a professional look, improved user experience, and new features, while establishing a complementary design language between the sites and maintaining their individual identities.

The Challenge

The client faced the task of modernizing two separate websites, each serving different audiences and purposes. Over time, the sites had become visually inconsistent and increasingly difficult to manage. The challenge was to balance shared branding with unique functionality, improve usability, streamline content management, and unify the experience without losing what made each site distinct. Key issues included outdated design, limited mobile accessibility, and inconsistency in layout and styles.  

The Solution

The project team developed a user-friendly, responsive design tailored to each audience’s needs. Both websites were rebuilt on a single platform using Sitefinity multisite, enabling easier management and consistent branding. Custom functionality provided flexible tools for future growth, and the new design established a cohesive look while preserving the unique character of each site. Wireframes, mockups, and pre-launch screenshots were used to demonstrate improvements, and Google Analytics data is available to show increased engagement.

Shared Blogs Module

One editorial hub publishes to both sites with consistent tagging and topics, so a single post can power cross‑site narratives, related content, and SEO without duplicate work.

Webinar Content

Webinar cards surface upcoming and on‑demand sessions with categories, and links to more details. Visitors can browse webinars by category, and register or watch in seconds.

Complex Conditional Forms

Smart, multi‑step forms show only the fields that matter, route submissions to the right lists/owners, and improve completion rates and data quality.

The Result

The redesigned websites have delivered a fresh, modern user experience, with positive feedback from users, staff, and customers. Early results highlight improved usability and satisfaction, and the new design has been well received. Old and new screenshots illustrate the transformation, and further analytics will be added as they become available to quantify engagement and conversion improvements.
